Aeotec Z-wave stick can't include anymore

I have a Aeotec Z-wave stick on a raspberry Pi. And from the one to the other day I can't add devices anymore. There is simply no reaction when I say include and he keeps waiting for the device to include. I tried several devices

When I shutdown my Pi and plug out the stick it also doesn't work. When I click the button the led is once blue and then red. In the past he kept blinking blue. Any ideas how this is possible?
