Morse code Library issue

Ciao,

I'm willing to develop an utility (if form of a library) for audio/visual signaling in domoticz using dzVents but I'm stuck at the beginning with what I think is not workaroundable....

My intention is to create a sort of morse code library with values less than seconds....
...but... does the .aftersec(x) supports decimals? could it be eventually implemented?

I see that lua can use milliseconds using NGix and socket modules, but I'm having problems in finding them....
Do you have any clue?
