Toon and Phones

Hi All,

I'm searching for a solution.
In my domoticz I have add my Toon Thermostate and Mobile phones.
Domoticz picks up the presence of the phone from my wifi router. The phone have status On (when at home) or Off (when not at home).
I would like to trigger a specific temperature when specific devices are Off (Not at home) and when the specific devices are On (At home) trigger some other specific temperture.

Does anyone have an idea how to handle this best?
