domoticz app settings

Hi guys,
I'm a totall newby. Started with Domoticz on a rasp last month after i got sick of working only with home easy, on which the sensors kept breaking down. I can now mix sensors of any brand. Anyway, love it so far. Had the free version of the app installed on my phone and it worked great. Then upgreated to the paid version and got totally stuck on the remote server settings.

Doing something simple totally wrong probably, but i cant figure it out. My phone just wont connect! Here is what I have done so far:

On ziggo gateway:
in local ip adres put the ip adres if the rasp, same one i use when i connect through wifi. : 192.168. etc
in local start and end port i put the same port as i use when i connect through wifi
in external ip adres i put my home ip, as can be found on websites like 'find my ip adres'
start and end port are the 3 digit numbers of the port vivible when first installing domoticz.

on my phone
serveradres: as external ip adres above
https: 3 digit number described above
username and password i have no idea? domoticz username and password? Or Ziggo? Or something else? I tried everything and havent got a clue which is right.
for map i tried smtp.ziggo.nl, smtp.quicknet.nl, imap.ziggo.nl and imap.quicknet.nl. No idea which is right or how to figure this out.

Can anyone tell me if i am doing this right, and what name and password and map settings i need. Thanks in advance.
