sonoff switch on /off

i flashed tasmota to a T1 sonoff Eu.
Filled in my ssid and password.
Add my MQQT broker adres.
Make a new virtual device and add my idx to the sonoff
And everything works.....
I Can turn the lamp on and off from within domoticz.

But (this is a test setup) when i pull the switch out of the power supply and i hit turn on lamp domoticz say to lamp turn on.
Did i not get a callback that the lamp is really on?
Or is this just a simple on/off switch?
