How to create a selectorswitch and populate it at the same time

Good evening everyone,

I have a little problem..and don't know if it is possible..

The idea: I can get daily filminfo via an API.. I can read the xml file and create Selectorswitches for each movie of the actual day.. selectorswitch while I want to, either watch the movie or record it... Via JSON I can create the selectorswitch... then I have to wait a minute to populate the switch with the button names: "Record" and "Watch". Can this be done in one round.. so create the button and change the levelnames instantly?
