Neo Coolcam Door Sensor loose status

Hi

I have a couple of door sensors at home. The are working fine so far. But one sometimes I lost the status from the sensor in Domoticz.

Scenario:
1. Window open --> Sensor Status = on --> LOG entry in device log in domoticz --> OK
2. After a couple of minutes (ca. 20-30) --> Window did not change position --> Domoticz shows --> Off (window closed), but there is no entry in the device log neigther in the general log file about an event from the window sensor.
It seams that domoticz "decides" to show off.

I do not know why.

any ideas.
