Dashticz scènes and switches not responding on ipad

Hi all,

The switches and scènes on my dashboard are not working when i use an iPad.

When i select a button or switch, the button lights up but after two seconds or so, the button deactivates and the scene OR switch is not started.

It works fine on my phone and pc.

I use the master andere beta version of dashticz, both have the same problem.

Few questions:
Have you tried different browsers?
Have you emtied your browser cache?
Is your Ipad on the same network?

I also use an ipad but i have no problem with the switches, there are some other that does not work properly. did u try it on an other ios device?

Do you you use domoticz webserver? I use Nginx webserver and it works great for me.

Yes, I did tried it on different browsers. It also doesn't work on my iMac with Firefox.

When I use my android phone if works flawlessly. (Domoticz app as well as the mobile login.

Test 1
on ipad mini
- safari doesn't work
- chrome doesn't work

in iphone se
- safari doesn't work
- chrome doesn't work

Macbook pro
No problems

Interestingly enough domoticz (in webview) works in the browsers from the ipad mini and the iphone se.

Test 3
Got it working in safari (on ipad mini) when I leave the spotify app outside my config.js. Problem is then that it isn't refreshing the switch. I put it on (the switch in domoticz changes) and the status in dashticz is still off.

In Chrome (ipad mini) the switches are refreshing. But still with spotify outside the config.js.

I put dashticz on my macbook (chrome) and on my ipad mini (chrome). I saw that the refreshing went much slower on the ipad. Sometimes 20 seconds slower or no refresh at all. Tried both with spotify and without. No big difference.

Test Conclusion
Ipad browsers have a refresh problem. We have to dig into it I presume. If someone got a clue or a suggestion. You're welcome!

But, got my working now.
- Closed all programs on the ipad.
- Throw out Spotify and calendar from the config.js.
- cleared history and cache.
But for how long....

Spotify is not working in master. It's fixed in beta.

You were right. Thanks. I already had the beta version but I used the url http://ip:port (without index.html). Somehow php wasn't triggered. It is working now.
