Backup issue

Hi! New to Domoticz but been able to set up a Mysensors Gateway and a RFLink Gateway and acouple of sensors. Automatic db backup don't work. First there file 'backupdatabase.php' saved in Downloads folder every time trying to do a manual backup. After reading a similar topic I changed user from admin to user and now a db is created BUT saved in Downloads folder !? and nothing in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Domoticz\backups' as expected. Is there a way to manually change a config.file to correct this ?
BTW the \backups folder is write protected , is this normal? (tried to change this with admin rights but the write protection don't dissapear)
