[Help] Creating a custom menu web page

Hi,

I want to create a custom webpage, html page, or whatever it's called, to use with Domoticz. I need something like this:

I've tried looking at some HTML tutorials and such, but those get incredibly complicated before they even handle simple buttons. Could somebody point me in the right direction for creating something like the image above?
