Thermostat for room heating

Hello, I have a Sonoff socket with Tasmota and a SI7021 temperature sensor, which sends me temperature to Domoticz.
My question: is it possible to fix it with a virtual SetPoint thermostat?

if i 25 degrees, then the socket should reach 25 degrees, stay off and then go out again. And if the temp. falls again.

If yes, how does it work?
