Lua script. Include temperature variable in Email. Need Help

Hi, I'm trying to understand Lua.

I need help with a simple script that will do the following.

* Temp sensor 1
* Variable Temp 0/1
* Variable Temperature (Variable Temperature = Temp Sensor 1)

When Temp sensor 1 is below 20 degrees and Variable Temp = 0 send an email and attach variable Temperature to the message.
Change Variable Temp to 1

__________________________________________

When Temp sensor 1 is over 20 degrees send an email and attach variable Temperature to the message.
Change Variable Temp to 0


The purpose of the script is that I would like to read all temp sensors and attach the value to a summary email
