Support for ZigBee External Meter Interface - Norwegian HAN

Hi

Here in Norway all homes will get a new automatic electric power meter installed during 2018.
These meters are equiped with an M-BUS interface, or HAN (Home Area Network) as they have called it.

The only product I so far has been able to find readymade for this HAN-interface is this:

I have baught one of these and tried to connect it to my Xiaomi Gateway, but with no luck.

Is there any way I can get these meter read by domoticz with this ZigBee external Interface? Perhaps an other ZigBee gateway could help, but will that work out-of-the-box in domoticz? If not, is it possible to get support for it developed as there is about to be installed 750.000 of these new meters here in Norway during 2018 and I assume this is a new market opurtunity for domoticz?
