Hello,
And thank you in advance for your help.
I am rather new to the home automation and IoT realm and am therefore just learning the skills.
I am attempting to gather temperature and humidity information via a DHT22 running on an ESP8266 NodeMCU V2 and would like to display the temperature and humidity data for each sensor in Domoticz.
I have scoured the web and read a massive number of posts on various forums all with the result of becoming extremely confused, which I hope is not a permanent condition.
I would be very appreciative if one of you would kindly offer a step by step process that I may follow to accomplish my goal. You can assume that I will flash each ESP8266 with the ESPEasy software, which I know how to do.
I know this is asking a lot. But once accomplished we would then have a process others could follow to accomplish the same goal without the pain involved with hours of confusing research.
Thanks!
John
