Additional Information Sensor?

Sometimes I do need to have additional information on devices; could be an image, a table, a web page, a text file etc. These actually will not be a part of Domoticz device, i do not need to put a timer, write script, follow a log etc. All i need to have is an additional web page or a link in domoticz Status page. Is there a way to create something close to that?

So, for example, when i clink the link, it will take me to that address?? Is it possible to that with custom device? Tried to do that with custom page under www/templates but the page never refreshes, always showing the old page until i press "Reload" button of the browser.
