Hi,
included FGS213. There are 2 switches in the devices although this is a single switch. Switching by Domoticz V3.8153 not possible but manuell on/off with push button works.
This is the only zwave device added by zwave stick AEO Gen2, OpenZWave USB, Version: 1.4-2501-g5af6780-dirty.
Any idea?

I recently installed the FGS 223 and had a similar problem with one of the two switches. The switch appeared in Domoticz but would not operate the hardware. In the z-wave control panel both switches would operate the hardware.
I think I fixed it by rebooting Domoticz. Have you tried that?

Yes, of course. But same failure.
The device seems to be identified as a dimmer.
