Xiaomi Gateway on Synology

Version: Domoticz Stable V3.8153 for DSM 6.1
Platform: Synology DS413J

Hi,

I have some problems about running the Xiaomi Gateway on Domoticz installed on my Synology DS413J.
Indeed, the Gateway does not appear in the list of devices.
I followed this tutorial: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Xiaomi_Gateway_(Aqara)

I also tried to install Domoticz on my PC (Windows) and everything works fine. The Gateway is recognized immediately.

So i don't understand why it don't work on the Synology.
Comparing the two logs I have the impression that on Synology, Domoticz attributes another IP to the Gateway. I do not know if the worry comes from that. (The log says: "Using 192.168.1.19 for local IP address.").

Can someone help me?

Are your synology, windows machine and gateway on same subnet 192.168.1.xxx?

Yes there are on the same subnet.
The synology is 192.168.1.19
The Gateway is 192.168.1.2

Thanks to your analyse I realize that the Ip that Domoticz gives for the gateway corresponds to the ip of the Synology.
How to fix this?

I'm not an expert, but I understood (from another thread) the IP adres should be of you Domoticz machine, so that should be fine.
I also run Domoticz on my Synology, checked my logs, look identical but is followed by detecting the devices

Edit: My apologize ! I just add port 9898 in Syno Firewall and it work directly !!!!


I got the same issue on my system. Brand new Xiaomy Gateway updated to v149 (2.3.7)
My Domoticz is on Xpenology DSM 6.1, last jadahl version ( Was on Stable but try beta too) and same error for me :

192.168.0.150 is my Syno/domo IP.

Try with port 54321 also ... not worked . I nmap port 9898 on gateway and it's open.

It works fine with 9898 UDP open in Syno Firewall !

EDIT : I speek to fast... All the devices are correctly recognized.
I don't see the motion sensor.
Does somebody have an idea ?
