Anyone successful with Cooper RFWC5 Scene Controller?

I've been trying without success to setup a Cooper RFWC5 Scene Controller on a Domoticz 3.8446, OZW 1.4-2701, Aeotec Gen5 Z-Stick, Fedora OS. The device gets included fine, showing up as Cooper Unknown: type=574d, id=0000. OZW does not appear to have manufacturer or device info in its config database. The "Groups and Network" screen shows six association groups with the controller added by default to group 1.

After inclusion, I am not able to see any Z-Wave activity with button pushes, even with full debugging enabled on the Z-Stick.

The only thing that "works" is in the OZW Control Panel current values you can submit a 5-bit binary value (in decimal) and the appropriate blue LEDs on the device will indeed follow that bit pattern. However, this activity is also accompanied with the message

OpenZWave: Unhandled class: 0x87 (INDICATOR), NodeID: 2 (0x02), Index: 0, Instance: 1

The RFWC5 Scene Controller looks like a nice piece of physical hardware. Has anyone had any success integrating it into Domoticz? Thanks!
