Sensor value in apps don't reflect reality

Post by DomoJev »

Not sure where to post, so here it goes.

I have a couple of Z-Wave lightbulbs that are controlled by domoticz (currently v3.8153) on an Rpi3. More specifically: Domitech Smart LED "Retrofit kits". I have two of them, grouped together into a single group named "Lichten boven tafel". I can dim them and control them nicely, no problems there.

However.. when reading their status through one of the Domoticz apps (either on Android or iOS, they behave the same in this respect), the status often is incorrect. Right now, for example, it says:

Note: in reality, both lights are off.

I switched the lights off from the app at 18:39.
When checking the group's log, it just says "2017-09-27 18:39:22 Off".
The logs of the individual lights both say: "2017-09-27 18:39:22 Set Level: 25 %" and "2017-09-27 18:39:22 Off".

Other devices do not show this behavior (but than again, these are not dimable). What is goin' on? Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?

I'm having the same issue with the Android Mobile App.
Non of my switches or Window Sensors are updated automatically. I always have to force refresh to see the actual status.
Is there a setting I have missed?

Thanks Dirk
