Not able to connect any device

Hi everyone.

Couple of week ago i bought a ZME_UZB1 USB Stick. Over the last weeks i noticed that especialy the smoke detectors did not connect anymore to the controller. Today i did a fresh install of domoticz but now im not able to connect any zwave devices.

It says the controller is working and when pressing the add device its also blinking waiting for a zwave device to connect. however if i push the pair button on any device nothing happens.... any suggestions?
