Different config inside Windows?

Hi,

I run at this moment Domoticz (version 3.8153) inside Windows as an server.
But sometimes i like to use the console.

Windows service start Domoticz using the nssm.exe program and the console is only avalible when you start domoticz.exe
Now when i start domoticz.exe manual it runs an other config/db file as nssm.exe

Is there an way to manual start the console or to use the same config/db file when i use domoticz.exe manual.
