Manufacturer, ID and Type data lost on reboot

I notice about once every two weeks or so that if I reboot the Ubuntu NUC on which Domoticz is running, some of the data in my z-wave configuration is lost (Manufacturer, ID and Type all become blank or zero). Sometimes it happens for all my devices, at other times only for my Neo Coolcam door/window switches. If I reboot Domoticz several times and look in the hardware tab at z-wave devices, sometimes the table is fully blank, sometimes it's partially-populated.

Deleting the zwcfg_ file in /Config helps sometimes, not at others. In other words, the problem does not seem very reproducible ;) I've had it for months and it happens with stable and beta versions of Domoticz.

Anybody got any ideas why this happens?

I've played with this further and have found that if I (1) stop the Domoticz service, (2) overwrite the /Config/zwcfg_ file with a known-good saved version, and (3) restart Domoticz all is well until the next reboot of the NUC. So it seems as if upon a reboot of the system that the zwcfg_ file is being corrupted with bad data. Does Domoticz just receive this data from ozwcp untouched or does Domoticz create this file from what it gets 'told' by ozwcp?
