Domoticz does not create new RFlink device

Hi everyone. i try to add manualy a device via the RFlink button add new device.
Domotiz says new device created however its not listed under the device tab.

Im using this command : 20;4C;ANSLUTA;ID=d3d2;SWITCH=0;CMD=ON; and yes when changing the 20 to 10 it does work even through domoticz. but as said it does not create a new device.

Same issue here.
I can PAIR, SWITCH ON / OFF the led strip with the 10;MiLightv1;0abc;04;0000;OFF command.
However no device is created in Domoticz. Running V3.8153 on a synology and R46 for RFLINK.

Type Ansluta without capitals......got a message from RFlink now it works
