GoControl Zwave Thermostat no taking Setpoint

Anyone using a GoControl Zwave thermostat?
I have a Setpoint device in the "Utilities" section but nothing in the Blocky Menu's.

How do I change the setpoint from a Blocky script when there is no Setpoint device in the Blocky menu's?
