I did try it several times last year, but I can't get it work. I want it to use for my sunscreen, but I do it wrong I think. It makes calls to weather underground as far I can see. I get the following error every 5 minutes.
/home/pi/domoticz/scripts/lua/script_time_SolarSensor.lua:69: attempt to index field 'current_observation' (a nil value)
I don,t see what I do wrong, can somebody help ? This script I have running:
--[[ Virtual Lux sensor and other real-time solar data

-- Autors ----------------------------------------------------------------
V1.0 - Sébastien Joly - Great original work
V1.1 - Neutrino - Adaptation to Domoticz
V1.2 - Jmleglise - An acceptable approximation of the lux below 1° altitude for Dawn and dusk + translation + several changes to be more userfriendly.
V1.3 - Jmleglise - No update of the Lux data when <=0 to get the sunset and sunrise with lastUpdate
V1.4 - use the API instead of updateDevice to update the data of the virtual sensor to be able of using devicechanged['Lux'] in our scripts. (Due to a bug in Domoticz that doesn't catch the devicechanged event of the virtual sensor)

I only don't know if the value for altitude is wright. I don't see any value in the log.

Re: I can't get the Virtual lux script work
Hello,
This rule I think is '69'
local latitude = jsonLocation.current_observation.display_location.latitude
I don't have to edit that rule I think, but it gets the infomation from rule '22' I think. I don't see the problem in my edited value.
Anyone a good tip ?
Greetings,
Peter
