can't get Screenline Blinds to angle change

Hello
I am trying to get to grips with Domoticz currently using it as a addon to my Fibaro HC2, linking my weather sensors and hopefully my Blinds to my HC2
I am using the latest beta and the latest RFXCOM firmware, with the RFXCOM manager i can open / close and more importantly Angle + and Angle - the blinds. (the blinds are solar battery powered integral to double glazing Venetian Blinds that i usually just tilt open and closed)

However with the Domoticz i can only fully open or close I cant figure out how to access the angle change
i can see on Github that the "main/RFXtrx.h" was updated for angle change

If someone can point me in the right direction that would help me alot

Hi, I'm on the verge of purchasing screenline blinds (built inside the window).
Have you managed to get domoticz to control them with the rfxcom E ?
