Historic sensor data

I have been adding and creating multiple sensor for domoticz (temperature, solar inverter, energy, etc.) Sensors log their data most of the time each 10 seconds.

Regarding the data / historic data:

• Does Domoticz uses more database when a sensor report its value each 10 seconds compared to each 60 seconds? I read Domoticz log each value per 5 minutes for the short term log.
• Is it possible to adjust the long term data duration? For example I would like a history of multiple years regarding my energy consumption sensor
• Can the short term historic data be adjusted per sensor?
