Network latency - network heal??

Hi all,
Got issues with Latency on my z-wave network.
Issue a command and it can take 10 seconds for there to be any action. Very annoying for my multisensor/dimmer setup.

I can't see there being a mesh issue, i have fibaro dimmer2 in every room, TKB sockets through out the house.

I was thinking of doing a network heal, but the command to issue this doesn't appear to do anything.
Is it currently not functioning?

I use the setup / node management option within Domoticz to do this.

Is there another way of starting a network heal?

Domoticz beta 3.7392 / Aeotec gen5 stick.

I am having the same latency when a pir triggers a fibaro relais.. when clicking directly on a fibaro relais in the GUI it works instant.
