Change request in Pushover notification settings part of the web gui

I currently mis the functionality to configure the additional parameters for Pushover notification in the settings in the web gui.They are implemented in "domoticz/notifications/NotificationPushover.cpp" but you have to add them to your user key with an & (E.g. User Key: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&sound=siren&url=XXXXXXXXXX.... etc...). It would be nice to have additional fields for them in the web GUI. A drop down with all the available sounds, your available devices (to send to one or more specific device(s)), Title, URL & URL Title, priority field so you can click in the message to go to Domoticz directly or enter a custom URL etc...
