In my opinion, most likely not. This is nothing more than a wireless serial extender. Effectively being a long copper wire pair.
Can be very useful but not as a standalone solution to connect to Domoticz.

You can use RFlink with a ser2net solution to have a wireless RF Gateway..

This transceiver is not supported by Domoticz.
Note that 100mW (+20dBm) is not allowed to use in Europe at 433MHz. The maximum is 10mW ((+10dBm).
RF transceivers also supported by Domoticz are:

starting to read up on the ser2net also
Just one Question I have some X10 motion 433MHz. I guesting the RFLink will pick them up

If it is not on the supported devices list then it a) might work (using of the existing protocols) or b) could be added in some of the later releases. But there's no guarantee it works unless you find it on the supported devices list...

X10 works fine.. If you find a device that has issues we will fix it.
