Graphing Pir sensors

When my Pir sensors activate they only give a on command,
so when you look at the graph it show one strait line.
it would be great if they show the on commands has pulses .

my aim is to have a pir on a fence panel pulsing every time someone walks past
so i can see when people walk past my house
