after reboot ubuntu 16.04 nefit easy sensors only works after restart domoticz service

after reboot ubuntu 16.04 nefit easy sensors only works after restart domoticz service

After I reboot Ubuntu 16.04 LTS my Nefit Easy sensors are not working.
When I restart the domoticz service then everything is working fine.
Could it be that it has something to do with the starting order of domoticz and the nefit easy service? and if this is the case how can I change this?
