A question about GitHub issues

Recently I have wrote about issues with Domoticz in the Domoticz GitHub page, and I've received a message telling about use the forum instead GitHub.
Then I wonder on what kinds of problems should we ask in Github Domoticz site?

If you are not sure which one to use, I think best to use the forum.
