No devices appearing after adding OTGW to Domoticx

I connected an OTGW by using wifi over an ESP12.

I added the OTGW by using its IP adress and port 23. The Opentherm codes are coming in successfully in the Domoticx log.

However, There are no new devices visible, no sensors, nothing...

What am I doing wrong?
