Notification sugestion

Domoticz has the notifications system which allows us to choose the method of being notified, email, http, pushover, nma, etc, so my suggestion goes in that direction.
When we are going to create a notification we are asked to choose this method but by definition they are all selected, I think that normally only 1 or 2 methods will be used at the same time, in that sense I think it would be better to have no selection in the options of notifications. Thus becoming more practical, simple and fast.

In french, the label around notification system is something like "Active systems" do not know in english.
But they are all selected even if they are not configured.

Even if a default selection mode is all, it could be only the configured ones ?

you are right, U, what i mean is that if you want send only 1 notify service you have to deselect all others, that isnt pratical, because i think that most user only use 1 or 2 service at same time for each switch, sensor, etc.

so by definition would be all notify service are deselect and the user only select the services if want.

I agree, I also find it a bit annoying that all options are selected as default. I normally only use email and in rare cases also email + sms.
Would be easier as you propose to have all de-selected by default

Hello everbody,

I would like to add that I noticed that in order to get notifications on the Domoticz Android app, you need all notification systems checked , so it would be very convenient if :

- a parameter could exist in the main "notifications" parameters page to enable/disable notifications on the app.
- only the activated notification systems was checked when setting a new notification on a device, including a new checkbox to allow us to enable/disable app notifications for each device.

-> free info : I used to use NMA, but since notifications are natives in the app, I don't really need it anymore (API key required and all...)
