How to setup a LB60Z-1 z-wave light bulb?

I am running Domoticz on a Rasapberry PI. I just purchased at Z-wave light bulb and not sure how to set it up. I using a Z-stick gen 5 for my controller and I have synced the bulb to the Z-stick just fine. It flashed as expected for a sync.

Back in Domoticz I have a manual setup option and a Learn option If I do the Learn option it asks for me to press the remote. There is to remote. If I do the manual setup I am not sure what to select. There is no Hardware option to select. No matter what I select in the Switch Type the manufacturer isn't showing up in the Type options.
