Combination Philips SBC Power Switch & Banggood Temperature sensor

Post by rotero »

Hi,

I have a RFXCOM RFXtrx433E connected to a Raspberry Pi 2B with Domoticz. The advised firmware (v1013) for the RFXtrx433E device is Ext or Ext2.
I use Philips SBC power switches and I believe they only work with Type2 firmware.
Now I also own an Banggood SKU174397 Temperature sensor (seen as 'Alecto WS1700' when you enable 'Rubicson' protocol on RFXCOM).
The Banggood Temperature sensor are visible with Ext & Ext2 firmware.

At the moment I use the v1013 Type2 firmware for my Philips SBC power switches so I cannot use my Banggood Temperature sensor.

My question is:
I want to use my Philips SBC power switches (firmware Type 2) and I want to use my Banggood Temperature sensor (firmware Ext/Ext2).
Is this possible? If yes, how?

Hope someone can help me.

Regards,
Rob
