Add SET request to HTTPLink Data Push

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.

I am trying to link Domoticz to another home automation system which accepts SET & GET requests over HTTP.
GET has already been implemented but SET would very much help me complete my system.
