Uk Light wall switch

Can anyone recommend a U.K. Wall mounted Light switch that will work with Rflink

I really want something that I can manually switch or automate

Any help would be appreciated

lightwaverf works great with Domoticz and RFlink.
I have been using it for a good few years now.

With no extra bridge boxes? I've not tried lightwave, as I was uncertain if I could just buy a switch on its own

Same question here.. £30+ per light switch puts me off lightwaverf, are there any cheaper alternatives?

I have looked at the Energenie switches (can be had for £16 at screwfix) but they don't publish status changes, so things can get out of sync when it's switched physically.

LightwaveRf doesn't publish status changes either. I don't know of any RFlink devices that do TBH.
No need for the hub if using RFlink

Ah that's interesting, I always thought that LightwaveRF devices sent a signal when physically used (don't ask me why i thought that!)

@SHadley1138, yes I'm using the Energenie sockets with RFLink, and have two of the light switches.
The work fine with RFLink as far as I'm aware, but my wall switches are not fitted yet - my back boxes are not deep enough..

Hiya,
I use LWRF extensively in my house. The whole ground floor, apart from sitting room lights, outside floodlights and half the upstairs. I use a combination of wired and wireless switches, sockets and relays.

So to clarify:
The wired switches, sockets and relays ONLY receive a signal... i.e. from door sensor, pir, RfxTrx, remote etc
The wireless switches ONLY send a signal... pretty much a switch shaped wall mounted remote.

So far, I've got on really well with them and only use them where and when I can see the rare occasion when a signal has been missed. For critical/out of sight stuff (Kids bedroom lights grrrr) you need to go z-wave as they report back their status.

As for reliability... I've had one remote socket fail... that's it in over 3 years.

I started recently using LWRF for the wall sockets, they are nice.
How have you solved the default status to OFF after a power outage? If I understand the in wall double sockets will go OFF on power-up.

Also, do you miss at all not being able to know the status of these?
