[enhancement] usb key to communicate with Max! devices

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.

I found a USB key to communicate with HomeMatic BidCoS or MAX! devices.

It would be a good thing for MAX! devices because no more need to buy a MAX! Cube to communicate to MAX! devices and to populate Domoticz with MAX! devices.
