How to ignore the first event made by kodi startup.

Hi!

when kodi starts up after poweroff, it sends an on command , atleast that is what i can se in domoticz logg, how should i configure blockly to ignore the first on command made by kodi, the rest of the on commands should be detected by kodi, but not the first one.
