Qubino Flush 1 Relay ZMNHAD1 I2 input

Post by djreesing »

I have two Qubino ZMNHAD1 Flush 1 Relays (Z-wave Plus) of which I want to use the additional I2 input. However I cannot seem to get this to work. I changed parameter 100 to Sensor binary and excluded and re-included the device, but still no luck. I also made associations in groups 3, 4 and 5 (I2 basic report, notification report and binary sensor report) of this module to the id of the main controller (Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5), but this also doesn't work.

There is a device created by the name Sensor, but the state of this device doesn't change if I operate the push button attached to the I2 input. What's also strange is that there is only one Sensor device while there are 2 extra inputs on this module, I2 and I3.

If I associate group 3 of this module (I2 basic report) to the id of other module then this works as expected. By operating the I2 push button on the module the output of the other module switches. So I verified the I2 input does indeed work.

One other problem I have with these modules (which might be related) is that the status report to Domoticz is very slow. If I switch on the light with the wall switch attached to this module then it takes a long time before the status is updated in Domotics (if it even updates...).

Anyone experienced similar behavior? or does anyone have a solution or idea to get this to work?

BTW these are not the only devices in my Z-wave network. I have about 10 devices and the network is healthy. The other devices include some other Qubino modules (mainly dimmers) which work fine. I only have a problem with these ZMNHAD1 relays.

Hello, did you find a solution for this behaviour? I'm experiencing the same for I2 en I3 inputs (status change of I1 is normal/fast). I'm using versin 3.5877 of Domoticz.

How many devices do you guys have? I have 8th at the moment.

1 Light Switch (I1)
1 Sensor (I2)
1 Sensor (Untested, but I hope its I3)

I had to change something in my ozw config, but I am not 100% sure what I changed, I think it was this one:

Code: Select all

            <CommandClass id="48" name="COMMAND_CLASS_SENSOR_BINARY" version="1" create_vars="false" innif="true">
                <Instance index="1" />
                <Instance index="2" />
                <Value type="bool" genre="user" instance="1" index="0" label="Sensor" units="" read_only="true" write_only="false" verify_changes="false" poll_intensity="0" min="0" max="0" value="True" />
                <Value type="bool" genre="user" instance="2" index="0" label="Sensor" units="" read_only="true" write_only="false" verify_changes="false" poll_intensity="0" min="0" max="0" value="False" />
                <SensorMap index="0" type="8" />
                <SensorMap index="0" type="49" />
                <SensorMap index="0" type="206" />
            </CommandClass>

I have also 8 devices, of which 1 light switch, 1 sensor, 1 alarm type, 1 alarm level and 4 devices related to power measurement.

I will try your config modifications and see if that will change something.

Ok, I got the sensor working by changing the code. I also get a 2nd sensor device now, but I haven't tested if this is indeed the I3 input.

Thanks!

I did a complete reinstall of Domoticz and for some reason the i2 sensor is now working with the default xml config. So probably there was something wrong with my installation. In order to get the i3 input to show up, you still need Sneezydevils modification.
