how does it work? Duwi zw zs suc-sis in domoticz

Hi there,

i cannot figure it out how i can get this to work.

I got raspberry with domoticz. Connected with Zwave USB dongle
A PAN08-1B
DUWI zw zs suc-sis

I have a raspberry with external Zwave usb dongle. I want to EXPAND the zwave network as i want to place a remote switch outside, but the zwave usb does not reacht that far. So i want to add the Duwi zw zs suc-sis as a zwave repeater. But i cannot get it to work when i use this manual.
What i did was point 3.7.1 adding this to an excisting network.

I have the PAN08-1B connected/paired with the domoticz controller. I now want to add the Duwi and tryed point 3.7.1 from the manual. The Domoticz controller finds the DUWI without any problem......BUT THEN WHAT.......I tryed the next part of point 3.7.1 hoping to add the PAN08 with this it does nothing...all red led on the Duwi.

Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong??
