Script Evohome // Domoticz Windows

Good Morning all

I 'm newbies with Domotics
I read the wiki but unfortunately script is for ubuntu.
I install Domoticz windows version and Python for windows .
I don't have the Usb device Honeywell but in this wiki apparently with Evohome Wifi it s possible to connect to Domotics with script .
Could you help me to setup this script.

personnaly i don't know Python and other programming system
When isntalled Python i have actived path , but i don't understand these 2 ligns belows How to Do ?
