repeater command and blinking milight in events ?

hi friends

how repeat a scene ? i do a blinking milight with scene ( because in events i can not use color) so i want know how repeat this scene for long time. now this scene is 10s and change 5 color. i want repeat this 10s for (for example) 1 hours.
