IEC62056-21 commands

Hello colleagues,

In our metrology we work with original software for meters - Itron, Iskraemeco, Landis&Gyr, Elster, Addax and others.
In the expect programs have custom commands but unfortunately we are not familiar with the use of these commands - writing and reading on different lines (W1, W2, R1, R2 commands), execute commands and others. I would be grateful if anyone can give more detailed information or technical description how works these commands or help me with questions that I have.
