Sunrise yesterday

Is it possible to ask Domoticz what time the sunrise was yesterday or on a specific date?

I had some strange phenomena this morning with sunrise and a script.

I took an old Domoticz setup and changed the clock and then I checked.

What I found was that Sunrise is not correct.

The time you see in Dashboard is for today, this seems to be correct but that time is not used by the Sunrise function.

Sunrise function is using yesterday time.

Yesterday(15/9) Sunrise/Sunset was 06:41 and today(16/9) it is 06:43 but why is the Timer setting OFF for Barn Scene at yesterday time.
I am using "Before Sunrise 00:00", does it mean yesterday Sunrise time or should it be Today exact when Sunrise is? I will try to set After Sunrise 00:00 and see what happens.
