Mhouse Gate openers

Post by TarweBroer »

Since I am new to Domoticz I am not fully aware yet how to check if specific hardware is compatible.
I am thinking to buy Raspberry Pi 3 with RFXcom.

Is hardware from Mhouse, gate openers and garage door openeners compatible?
They are 433MHZ...

I checked the hardware list through the Domotics Wiki page, and it is not listed.

Mhouse (like former moovo) is the DIY brand from the excellent italian "Nice" company.
they have excellent gate and garage openers but they're rolling code is proprietary.

Please also note that the TBus used to connect sensors and so on is also proprietary.

You can find official GTX4 remote for 20€, I will soon try Chinese copy bought on AliExp.
Then solder a relay or better, an opto-isolator on each button. For a cheap solution use Mysensors with arduino, it's an excellent and inexpensive solution, fully compatible with domoticz and very flexible.

Did you solved this problem? I have Mhouse gate openers and really hoped to open them from RFLink
