Netatmo weather station

Just connected my new Netatmo weather station. Nice

I have a couple of questions:
1) How can I change the refresh time as it is now 15 minutes interval? I would like to be able to make the refresh time more frequent.
2) Or is it bound to call xyz times a day? Then It would be great to have a daytime refresh-frequency and nighttime -frequency.
3) Does it check against the local device (I hope so) and can I block the traffic to internet to Netatmo?
