RM04 based WIFI Relay module

I found this relay module:

Anyone knows if it's already compatible with Domoticz? I was going to make one like this with mysensors+esp when I stumbled into it. If should that be possible I would order some of them. But would be better to know something before paying and waiting more than one month for it to arrive.

Why would you pay x3 the mysensors price (4x if you really shop)? 10x the trouble. Almost no support. Not to mention if you want it to work you probably end up writing code yourself. That is, if you can... or bound to their android apps (or protocols commands probably through a Chinese server). Just curious...
